Hello community!

I am a communication specialist sadly not specialized in music industry and trying to ace it. Is it proper to first contact with blogs even tho I don't have anything (demo/press release). I just want to connect with them and to have specific and guaranteed contact to our future press releases.

Any professionals here? Let's discuss.
