mpc5000 with triton

yeah yeah I read the manual already. My midi connections are (In) from the triton and (out) for my mpc. triton Local control is off etc....anyway my problem is I want to play the triton keys via midi as I record on the mpc. I hear all the triton sounds/tracks through the mpc pads and can record, but I want to play the keys to record. thanks for the help

Try also linking it up with the Midi Out from the Triton to the Midi In of the MPC!?!? I mean think about it, you're trying to send midi notes. Out to In makes more sense right?
