Hello,
I have an MPC2500. The pads have stopped working and when I click the Mode button to go to Program, Grid Edit or any other function, nothing works. The 16 Level button does not work either.
I can't load anything. I can't mount it to my computer. It is a stressful time I must say.
Would reformatting/resetting the OS to factory help? If yes, how can I reset it?
