MPC 1000 Loading help

So i've been converting some sample loops that I had from Fruity Loops into the 16K 44Hz .wav format with Logic Pro, but for some reason when I attempt to preview them in the MPC load screen, they don't play. I can load them to the pads, but they still will not play. Any ideas as to why this would happen?

I've been able to get 2 or 3 samples to work, but I can't find anything about them different than the non-working ones

can you see or play them in the trim window ?

maybe check that the files are not corrupted

Na, when i put them in the trim it doesnt show anything

And that may be the problem. IT's the only thing I can think of

check the file names. Make sure the names are short before putting them in the MPC. For example if you have a file named HIPHOPANDRNBKICK001 change it to KICK1 or somthing short similiar to that.
