man to be Charged w/ murders of JMJ & Stretch; First Hip Hop Police, now Hip Hop Feds

A Brooklyn inmate with alleged ties to the unsolved murders of Jam Master Jay and Randy "Stretch" Walker, a close associate of Tupac Shakur, will reportedly be charged for purportedly partaking in the slayings of the aforementioned individuals.
According to The Boston Herald, an unnamed female witness claims that Ronald "Tenad" Washington, 43, confessed to her that he played a part in the shootings of Stretch and Jam Master Jay (born Jason Mizell). The witness's claims came out during Washington's federal robbery trial.
Washington, who was convicted on April 5 of six armed robberies for holdups he committed in November 2002, just weeks after JMJ's murder, has denied any involvement in the killings.
"They want to blame me for all the blood in rap. They are trying to pen me up for these murders," Washington told The Herald. "It's all lies. She's telling them that I was mad at Jay because he is doing better than I am, that I killed Stretch because he owed me something and I wanted it. She is making up lies because they threatened to deport her."
Washington is expected to be named in the JMJ and Stretch cases when the federal government unveils a sweeping indictment charging multiple rap artists for a slew of violent acts, several law enforcement sources revealed to The Herald.
"Ronald Washington is a bad, bad guy," said one of the sources. "He is a key player in this rap industry case."

what struck me about this article was the second to last paragraph. the Feds are gonna indict a bunch of rappers all at once? first Drama & Don Cannon get hit with RICO charges, now their performing "sweeping indictiments?" their treating us like we're the mafia.

and for those that don't know, Big Stretch was from the Live Squad, he was the one goin back and forth with Biggie on the original version of "Runnin"

I don't know man, it seems like a case of be careful what you wish for to me. Rappers wanna act like mobsters, now it looks like some will be treated that way.

They'd put the twin towers... columbine... okc bombings, all that on rap if they thought they could get away with it. I bet they say JMJ and Stretch owed this guy money for narcotics, or owed him the drugs. That JMJ story about this dude being jealous wont stand on anything on the hardwood. They do have a witness though, as long as she makes some stuff up. That dude better get a good lawyer and try to tear her credibility apart. Hes certainly going to need a ill lawyer,, they arent going after him, going after the Hip Hop community itself. The bad part is, they dont even deny it lol

How can you openly admit that your going after the rappers lol. Dont they have better things to do with there money.

More people died in an educational building today; than influential rappers murdered in decades. I swear were still slaves and we dont even know it... But thats an ENTIRELY different monologue, and a VERY LONG one at that.

im pretty sure that theyre have been more than 32 murders caused by rappers within the past 10 years . and details still havent been released ,so it couldve been jay-z
