I know this question has been brought up in the past, but i'm running into problems using the M-Audio Uno Midi/USB interface.. I downloaded something to test the MIDI connection and it kept giving off the "Active Sending" signal and didn't transmit any actual MIDI data when i hit any pads. What i'm trying to do should be fairly simple and i'm sure a lot of you guys are using this exact set up if not something similar.
Here's what i want to do:
Use REASON 5 as a Sound Module with my MPC 1000 and M-Audio Keystation 61e.
But first things first, i wanna get the mpc interacting with Reason, i can worry about using the keyboard to play keys using Reason sounds after i get the mpc and reason working together.
Since my MIDI USB Uno isn't working, i'm guessing i need to get a midi interface. maybe one with 2 spots to connect MIDI Out's to use my keyboard and mpc without having to disconnect one every time i wanna use the other one, since i think i read that usb interfaces don't have MIDI thru functionality..
btw, i'm running this on a macbook pro.
