I am starting up a label and have a couple of artist I'm building however I need a song writer to write some of the songs. The songs will be for female artist similar to Adelle or Duffy. We don't have any income being generated at the moment but I would write up agreements to pay the writer royalty payments on the songs once we are making money. We are looking for a reliable person to partner with and have a long term business relationship. Once we get big, I plan keep the same people that were with me from the start and who were key people that helped build the company into a success.
