Latency From Fast Track

I have a fast track

I'm using

Fl Studio 9
Adobe Audition
Reason 4
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
AMD Athlon II x2 235 Dual Core Processor
NVIDIA GeForce 5150SE INtegrated

HD-650 GB
RAM-4GB

i have it selected on the M Audio Asio Driver..... when i TURN IT ALL THE WAY UP to like 2046 it still pops

what is the problem

i try using asio4all but it pops ALOT in that too

what should my settings be?

do you mean popping as in it sounds choppy? I fix this by changing my buffer settings within the programs.
