Late Night Tip(OLD) Three Six: What sample is it from?

Whats up FP, surely somebody knows this. I heard the original song on XM one day I recognized the choir Aahs as being used in Late Night Tip(Same Melody). It was some R&B chick I wanna say early 90s, but yah...can't remember who it was so if you know speak up.
 
in my opinion it doesn't sound at all like a sample. those choir ahhs sounds like it's off a keyboard.

Sorry...you're right its off a keyboard but the melody and the Aahs were from another R&B song. So I guess an interpolation.

Also almost exactly the same beat for tupac's "who do you believe in".
