just picked up an almost brand new mpc1000 for £350.
i have installed jjos1 and am waiting for my password, still trying to get used to using it but i have some questions.
do the pads get more sensitive after being used because they feel hard and sometimes i hit it it doesnt register. they feel like the would soften up after abit of use.
i dont have the manual, will have to download it and print it off soon.
how can assign different drum sounds to each pad?
when i record into it, i can chop etc, but how can i save that sample to the memory card. when i turn off and turn back on anything iv sampled is gone completely. do i have to save the project im working on to save the samples too?
