Jeezy's My Hood rips off Rubber band man

Ummm is it me or are these beats way too similar...i know both are old tracks but i just shipped Trap Muzik and when i heard Rubber Band Man i was shocked at the beat. So i went to look at the prod credits on Jeezys My hood...it say Lil C, and Rubber band is produced by banner so this aint no reuse of the beat or remix its a straight up copy...lil C straight up copied banners band man. Correct me if i'm wrong

Young Jeezy - my Hood wasn't sampled from "TI - Rubberband man", the original song is called rubberband man

yes, it samples rubberband man, but not T.I.'s version. their is a 70's song called "Rubberband Man" that both songs sampled/replayed. i forgot who did the original, somethings tellin me it's the Ohio Players or the O'Jays, but don't quote me on that.

Additionally, Lil' C did help make "Rubberband Man" (T.I. song) and "My Hood" (Jeezzy)... He didn't receive "credit" for "Rubberband Man", but he was signed to Grandhustle's in-house production team.
