o yea an look out for 9ths solo album droppin too...dynass will be on it as well,,,,1

Listening to the Black Album right now I'm feeling the track that 9th did the album is pretty solid so far.

Yo TSK you working with Dynas now? That's dope he's one of the nicest in Miami. I didn't know Dynas hooked up with 9th though. That could be a dope collab.

Peace

I thoughtt there was rumored to be a Dre beat on this album though? Anyone know what happened with that?

Peace

Theres no way I'm reading all this thread's content, nor am I gonna type alot about this. I'll just say this.. the G-Unit album sucks, I don't like it. The Jay-Z album is great, I like it. lol

Dre didn't fit it the time slot He shouted him out on 106 today tho, him, Ski and Premo as 3 producers he wish he coulda worked with on this joint. I wanted to hear a Ski beat more than all.

But TSK, how u meet 9th man, u never told me this  .

I purchased both albums yesterday and had a good listening session with both. Jay is my dude and I had already been planning on picking up the Black Album for months. I didn't really believe in G-Unit but people on this site were hyping it up. That album is str8 filth. I should beat your a$$es for making me waste $12.99. IMO this album ranks up there with Diplomatic Immunity. The only songs that are good are the two Dre songs. This album sounds even worse after listening to The Black Album. Listening to the mastery of Jay and then going to the water down crap of 50 and his cronnies is like cheating on a dime with trailer park trash.

I watched Jay on 106 yesterday and he was completey hilarious. Also if anyone here listens to the Russ Parr Show they got him pretty too. I know earlier in a thread I defended Change Clothes but that song is hands down the worst song on the album. Jay was saying that the next single will probably be "Dirt off your shoulder" which I think is an excellent choice. Does anybody think that this album can go 3 singles deep? It's really not commerical but I'm thinking either of the Kayne tracks could be a 3rd single. Lucifer has that Dancehall feel and I think that he could make a ingenious video with Encore.

My favorite tracks are December 4th (The whole concept of this song is crazy, Jigga's Mom is crazy), Encore (I've been saying this since Blueprint, Kayne's better than Just), What More Can I Say(This song reminded me of Hovi Baby and I thought like that song it would be lackluster compared to the other tracks on the album but it is one of the better songs), and Justify My Thug(Before this song the only Quik song I liked was the Truth Hurts joint. I thought this was gonna be a love song with the Madonna Sample but it's hardcore.) Jay said his favorite was Allure which suprised me, but after listening to 5 or 6 times I felt the vibe and could zone out. My First Song and 99 Problems remind me of Nas tracks, but the lyrics are on point. Don't like the Em song. Jay tried to piece his albums together on the hook but the song doesn't flow well to me. Don't like the 9th Wonder beat by itself, but Jay on top of it meshes well together.

I'm curious to see what this album gets in the Source and XXL. What do y'all think?

I don't know about first week sales but overall Jay will sell more

i find it kinda funny that alot of women buy 50 cents cd because mos of the time he is digradin women. hes alwys talkin about how he doesnt care about them and how he just uses them yet the women still want him lol. i just think thats funny. but i guess he has the fame, eminem, dr dre, and the big muscles so he will do well. i like the gunit album and the beats are pretty dope. subject matter is very repedative . mostly about women and thug life. and they pair the songs 2gether. its like 3 tracks on gangsta life, then 3 tracks on women and it keeps switchin up like that. jayz's album was dope. lyrically alot better than gunit and the beats ae very nice on it. plus thisis supposedly his final album . i really cant say who will do better. it all depends on ppls mood i guess. most likey 50 will win tho b/c his lp is stil selling alot. but its a tough call. its anyones really

Pound for pound I'm the best to ever come around here/ Excludin nobody, look what I embody/- jayz
I'm supposed to be number one on everybody list/ We'll see what happens when I no longer exist/- jayz

How to get in contact with kanye

If anyone knows how to get in contact with Kanye West please tell me. I was in a contest over the summer and rapped for a panel of judges who were producers and such. I think Kanye West was in that panel. I need to talk to him somehow. By the way, I gotta get my own album out to the public so people can hear how tight that **** is.

i can not stand dirt off your shoulder. I dont care if timbaland produced it, its crap. That annoying synth part and lack of any cohesion between the various parts of the song just make me skip this track every time.

I skip this track every time.

Nuff said. hands down the worst song on the album --- he shouldve got the beat to indian flute from tim in stead of that ish. Blueprint is still Jay's best album, and its a tie between Reasonable Doubt and the Black Album for second ----- Holla!!!

which is basically tragic, cause 50 doesn't even look that good to me. and he does say some sh!t about women that's just wrong wrong wrong...

it was hella funny though, last spring i went to the UMass Amherst Spring Concert and 50 was headlining (i was actually only interested in seeing the band reel big fish...) anyway, some of my girls though were trippin off 50...but they hadn't even heard the whole album. they paid $15 bucks to sit through a ska band they never heard of (reel big fish), a local rap group they'd never heard of, rahzel (who they'd never hear of) and maybe half an hour of 50's set before they even played the only song of his that they knew -- "in da club", which of course he did last...

it was like a 5 hour wait for them...
hi-larry-us...

the worst part of the show (other than show itself i guess...) there were like 30 other guys on the stage...all without shirts and swinging towels in the air. i was sitting way up top in the arena and it looked (and sounded like utter chaos)

i will not be buying the G-Unit album...it's probably just as janky as 50's joint
