Like the title says; IYO What is the best EDM Raiser samples collections out there?

To make this thread a resource on the subject for everyone to enjoy, please follow these simple guidelines:
Please be specific and point to a specific title.
Please do NOT point to general sampling sites/companies like genrealloops.com or something.

Anything EDM raisers like snare builds, uplifters (what a name), hits and impacts.

The "best" is of course totally subjective, but here's a Kontakt instrument from www.sampleism.com that does Shepard tones that are often used as a an uplifter or raiser: Shepard (£3.50) , You have all kinds of control to make it thicker or thinner or slower or faster (or even go from "raiser" to "downer" (not really sure what the opposite of a raiser is :-).
