Is this engineered well?

Hey, I'm currently working on this EDM beat and I want to acquire the skills of engineering so I want to know if I mixed and mastered this properly. It was kind of a rough mix and master. I have no special plug-ins on FL Studio besides the ones provided. I know its not radio worthy or even good enough but I want to know where I can improve on my engineering skills. Thanks in advance for your input, it is much appreciated!

I think it is engineered well. The individual elements all have a well defined space and are clear.

The sound selection is a bit poor, really dislike the first snare, it doesn't sound very nice. The second half without it is a lot better. The bass sounds very good for the tools available.
