Is there anyone else here who still produce pure R&B beats?

Well I do and I know that compared to hiphop producers, I don't sell big time. I know that I'd make a killing if I sell hiphop beats more in soundclick, but that's just how it is. I like R&B (underground) and I would make them forever even if I don't earn that much out of it.

But I know that I got some good stuff. I've already been selling quite a number of beats and I just started out this 2010. But what's ironic is that I don't sell anything at soundclick. May be a rip-off for R&B producers like me, eh?

Check my beats out at soundclick.com/lonesyndrome

I am just curious. Is there anybody out here who make R&B beats similar to ne-yo, mario, lil eddie? I think hiphop is more in demand, but I think R&B music is as good too.

I like making RnB tracks but my probblem is the sound too "whinny"...like my chords are fine, percusion is cool, drums are on point but when it comes to laying down the lead, Im stuck. I just mess around and throw something. I guess thats my problem....;)

I make R&B, when i get time to really sit there and make something good.

A.C. Jei from this site is killin' it on the RnB... he has great aspirations and work ethic as well...

I've got some R&B tracks - www.edouanmusic.com
Not specialized in that area.. But I'm making progress - sold some R&B beatz recently :)

Listened to your beats, but they sound a bit "nervous". I like my R&B to be smooth, something like this:

LOL at the second vid, but the music is the shit!

Your beats sound really Ne-Yo'ish, if you get some good advertising or marketing you could probably sell well. But fix up your drums and the mix of the tracks. There's definitely room for improvement. I think you Tray2100 had it nailed with his beat.

Everytime I try to make an r'n'b beat though it just sounds gay, and I've never been happy with them.!

Thanks greeze_believe! It's been a while. I didn't mix it at all. I just recorded a bunch of things that we're in my head and was curious if I still can "produce". I haven't updated my MySpace or SoundClick in years! I'm going to get my stuff up to date and try to get myself back on track.

Thanks for the compliment!

Anybody else got some feedback?

Where the hell are the mods already? This shouldn't be in this section.
