Is it possible to convert a Rex file into a wav. file?

Do you wish to end up with a single .WAV file or multiple files, one for each REX slice?

I want a single .wav file, for example, I have these hi-hat loops that are .rex files and I want to turn them into .wav b/c I want to work with them outside of Reason.

dont know how without reason. while we are on the subject of file conversion, anyone know what audio editor can open an itunes file, the one that you buy from itunes. i think its mp4 format. sound forge 5 aint workin

There's also numerous soft samplers that can read the Rex format, so you're absolutely not confined to Reason with them...

Try 'Easy REX Converter' on the Mac App Store

Is there a way to do this? If so, how? Thanks in advance.

If you're using Mac, there's a good app that converts REX2 to wav and Apple Loops format: Easy REX Converter.

This app supports to convert REX files to both wav and Apple Loops format.

You can visit the official website: https://audiohelperproject.wordpress.com/2014/11/29/easy-rex-converter/
