I agree. Plus (No offense) but ALOT of other races are convinced that we're (blacks) SUPPOSED to be all gangsta and stuff..I get called white because I don't act that way.

...i see i'm not alone, a white chick i was talkin to called me white becuz i don't speak with heavy slang, don't wear grills, or dress what most would consider "dressin black"---whats wrong with speaking proper?? not wearing overpriced & over sized clothing? i didn't know that could be encoded in ur DNA

its awful....and i hate seeing ppl in they're mid 20's acting like that---i just seen a dude in tha mall tha other day, he had to be 24 or 25---getting the mold done @ one of those cheap mall carts---get outta here ur too grown for that---sterling silver & glass grill, smh

people, people, people. what the hell happened to self responsibility. u cant blame hip hop. nobody is forced to do anything. its always easy to blame something else beside urself. as i can remember the bloods and the crips , jewerly and all this other crap was here and glorified b4 hip hop came along

at one point, you couldn't torture me to think outside of your point of view...Even though I myself was being influenced by the music to a large degree...And I am by no means a weak minded individual...But I was programmed becuz I listen to rap muzik 24-7...

Now I KNOW its influencing our youth...I'm a teacher so I see where they get it from...The parents don't give a damn, so the kids listen to the people they look up to...If you can't believe it, then damnit get your a** on the frontlines in these schools and watch these children in action...And if they aren't getting it from the rappers, then I hope their parents don't dress, talk, and act like this(although I'm sure its the case in some instances...

^oh yea... and puttin it on tha radios, the tv's, internet... and makin it kool for all tha kids 2 be. then growin up bein jus like em had nothin 2 do wit it?... man i bet there wouldnt be as many of these maf*ckas wavin around they pistols if this sh*t wasnt around.

i would have agreed wit wat you said, but this sh*t is dam near everywhere. and dont say "u cant blame this or that" thats bs. its gonna reach the people its been had done that. lotta this sh*t feel like it get shoved down throats wit tha amount of time some of these records get spins. kids is like sponges.. if they see something they think is "kool".. wat you think is gonna happen? then specially if all they lil friends is on it 2? then 10 years later.. boom. not sayin all kids gon b like that.. but sh*t happens. ive seen it a whole lot. i see dudes that aint really in tha hood STILL tryna bang. or theyll go 2 tha hood wit watever homie and get put on. naw they aint get put on because they was in tha hood and was around that and had 2.. they went 2 tha hood, because its kool to be gangsta.

1 of my boys caught his lil brotha lookin up sets doin google searches and sh*t. he was so amazed or wateva.. i duno tho. if people wanna **** they lives up on sum dumb sh*t thats on them... but not tha fukkin kids.. dam. when are we gonna get it rite? our generation is fukked up. tha next is fukked up. man i hope my grand kids smarten up

i listen 2 tha sh*t too. but i never did anything like that because some f*cka on tv was pretendin about it. i did wat i had 2 and got out early. now everybody son gon grow up thinkin its kool, and cuz all tha otha kids is doin it too. everytime i visit my nephew hes on some diff sh*t. last year it was skateboardin? now hes a lil mini gangsta boy minus the pistol. i wonder wat its gonna be next

Even PacMan Jones, a grown azz man in the NFL makin millions, would rather be a rapper, and 'make it rain' in the strip clubs and let off shots when they pick up the money he threw in the air for "visual efx"...WOW...If this isn't a prime example of rap influencing grown adults, then imagine children's vulnerability....

hahaha are you the withest black guy in your school? :D

Can you imagine, Rando probably says "How are you my friend?" instead of "whazz up ni**a?!" lol just kidding

I say errrthang from "was up my nigga" to "hello" (meeting some1, and on the phone)....

and I actually go to a mostly white school, but I still "act" black as the stereotypicals like to put it, and I was'nt raised in the hood nor act like a person from the hood and front like it. I act/dress/talk the way I was raised. ;)

Im the whitest black dude amongst my friends b/c i dont sag my jeans ridiculously, I dont rock tall tees and over sized clothing, and I speak well.
Its a shame that what I dont do is considered "black".

This happens in alot of other countries as well besides America. BEsides the way the "thugs" dress, I hate when they switch to their "ghetto" voice when they are in public. :D

It aint hip hop's fault. Its wannabe's Fault. There was a time in the 80s where every1 wanted to look like prince so it was cool to put on make up so people did it. People wore adidas and black leather to be like Run DMC. A lot of white girls in the 90s got they hair cut like the Jennifer Anniston from Friends. People always act like something their not and do things from TV sometimes to their detriment. Damn the way nyggas act you would think hip hop flew planes into buildings caused famine, floods, and tsunamis.
