I need your opinions...

Only IF you are ready to do a lot of hand holding, pep talking, motivating, do most of the heavy lifting.

Lots of artists don't understand the concept of hard work. Talent is only a fraction of what they need to succeed. After all we're talking mostly teens?!

How about artist development? It seems there is a need for that nowadays?
 
I dont know you personally but I've been on FP long enough to gather my opinion. I think you could do well but would you be willing to quit your job for an artist? If so YES!!! but you gotta commit 100 percent...
