I've had people in high places tell me that my music is great. It's that they personally made more money off of placing someone that was signed to them.
I wouldn't sign, so there goes my placement opportunity.
When my music was the problem, people told me, flat out. The people who I've dealt with industry wise ain't sugar coated NOTHING.
And why are people thinking that I'm bitter because I "couldn't make it" into the major label structure? I made the BUSINESS DECISION NOT TO PURSUE THE MAJORS, because I feel as if I've found a better business opportunity.
But people don't understand how there could be ANYTHING that's a better alternative than GETTING A PLACEMENT!!!!
To me there is...and to me it's what i'm doing with IndustrySound.com. That's why I say if this doesn't work, then I don't really have anywhere else to go. Because the way I see it, this IS the final frontier...at least for me it is...
Usually when I make a plan, I can beyond that plan, to the next few moves I can possibly make.
With the "radicality" of this plan, I don't know what's new to try beyond that. Because I've done everything else that I know how...

The opportunities that I've been presented with have all come with the requirement of signing a publishing agreement with that individual.
I'm just speaking of my personal experiences. Those are opportunities that I have made the choice to not pursue, because they are in direct conflict with my goals and priorities.

There's record exec's. that would love to rap or sing but found there good at managing one instead, There's guitar players better than Lenny Kravitz but are A&R's... who cares about what someonelse does for there own reasons. Sensitive pretty much means your feelings get hurt over little things. And whatever reason you think it is that I've been arguing with you about, I doubt anybody would think somebody would get sensitive over it.
