Hypersonic Help!

just because it was the GM Update doesnt mean that it didnt update other things as well. they may have changed a few things or maybe even corrected a typo in a sounds information, but they mostly likely use CRC (checksum) to make sure the files are the same. (ie.. Error "file size blah")
 
So what should I do:

a) Uninstall the GM update from my desktop (which my laptop hypersonic doesn't have, thus keeping both computers equal at Hypersonic 1.0)

or

b) Install the GM update onto my laptop (so that both my laptop and desktop hypersonics are equal at Hypersonic 1.1.0)


You know what I mean? Coz, as I said, I am trying to transplant my FLPs on the desktop to the laptop (which results in the error i mentioned in the first message on this thread), but how can I possibly know which 'version' of Hypersonic I was using on my desktop at the time I began to implement that Hypersonic into my songs?

Hypersonic 1.0
or
Hypersonic + the GM expansion (1.1.0 i think)

Advise me, coz choosing option (a) could make it all just as incompatible as choosing option (b), if u undsterstand where I'm coming from with this lil paradox.
 
I would make sure that both versions have the GM update. Maybe even reinstall on both PCs if needed. Remember, (with most products) things are backwards compatible , but not forwards compatible (ie, no GM update sounds on non GM updated HS.)
 
okay, but just remember that i never even use the GM sounds in any of my songs

did this ever work?? i have the EXACT same problem and i have hundreds of beats that wont sync right... can anyone or does anyone know the answer to resolve this issue??
