Mixing sounds fine, but I must say that at 40 seconds the song become significantly worse. I would have that verse re-recorded with more energy/confidence or at least compress the hell out of it and crank it up/autotune it. If you can't re-record, go wild with telephone effects. I've found that smooths out relatively weak recordings.
