How to sample melodys ?

whats up yall ?! I mess with Fl studio alot and just about the only thing i need to get down pack is how to get melodys down . Like from sampling ? Any help would be great !
 
How to sample it? You find a melody and sample it; cut it out from the audio file and chop it up or loop it...

Or make your own...
 
That's an achingly big question, do you know what sampling is?

Listen to some hip-hop and figure out what they have done.

How to get melodys down from a sample? So you can play it with a different instrument? Or just use that sample?

That is way too broad of a question. You'd have to just keep making beats for a while and you'll gradually come up with your own techniques for flipping things and coming up with melodies in ways that you're comfortable with. Everyone is different with how they go about doing it.
