how to re-create these kinds of synth

how do i recreate something like that?... is it a synth or lead synth?.. is it EQ'd with a low pass filter?

If there's a synth sound, it's pretty hard to make out...the main melody/lead is played by a Hammond B3 (or similar).

Check out the Triton, it's got a organ sound the Runners use, although this is by cool & dre. I just got StudioLinked VST and it's got a lot of good brass. I mentioned it in a few posts but it's got a lot of stuff i need.
