if sumbody could help me out wit dis would greatly appreciate it

try some reverb or delay, or larger chops that crossfade.

time stretch your chops so that they flow smoothly into one another

the last 2 responses were pretty much on the head, the reverb thing i discovered on accident last year lol, personally just workin on getting them clean, after that focus on how to groove them while keeping them clean

i just started messing with reverb on my drums, i am gonna try them out on my samples,

Chop them with slicex and chop them yourself so chose your own sample! en always put some compression and other stuf on your sample. it sounds much better peace

reverb does help a little. also try lighty fading in and out your chops. that can soften up the feel a little.

how can i fade my samples out in fl studio, like i know the basic but i am trying to get more indepth with it. but i will be trying the reverb thing, was suggested in another thread to me, reverb does give me drums another feel but i never tried it on the sample.

I use delay a lot. Not too much, unless you're trying to achieve an echoey effect from jump. Just enough to mask the chop if you will.

This works GREAT with instruments, it's a little less useful with vocal/instrument chops. Because vocals (lyric) sound choppy no matter what you do if they're part of said chop.

Feel me?

i just fade my samples into each other, click removal,n mess with the poly,or time envelope
