How to make "squek" sound / sound library recommendation

Hi all,
I'm mixing an album at this moment, and I'm working on adding different subtle background sounds. Does anyone know how make a similar sound that is audible around 1:37 in the song below? almost sounds like a squeking door, or something like that. Is is possible to make your own with a synth, or can you recommend a good sound library of this kind?
(I have looked, and looked, no luck so far)

idk if i am wrong
to me that sounds like a snare + crash
using high pass filter with a little resonance on a snare to make it like a rise effect
reverse the crash

do you mean an automated high pass filter that goes up?
