Help! I really like the snappy snare sound that starts at 1:56 and thought it would be easy to re-create. But it wasn't! Any ideas?

Sounds like I’ve heard it sampling or layers of it in one of those Vengeance drumkits. Can hear the processing as well. I would look through drum loops to sample or some of those Vengeance drumkits or some real acoustic ones you can find on here hopefully still…

Ok thanks. I hope I can find something. First I thought there was some white noise mixed with the snare sound but I guess it's just a certain kind of echo. Sounds like it's filtered too.

Its for certain a big clap in there. With a short reverb and a short delay or echo. Thats what I mostly hear; the clap.
