How to get my master volume higher without clipping? FL studio

Try to reduce peaking of master channel level meter from scratch, for examaple then kick and snare playing at the same time its possible to reduce the max peaks with only shifting the snare sample little bit forward or backward. In the end you can push your channel faders without clipping and your mix will get louder...
 
Mixing your track -> master without any effects set on 0db -> levels on master between -3 to -6db -> bounce wav file.... now get some knowledge on mastering
