I want to use harpsichord sound on my next project, but I really can't find a sound that looks like a real one. I'm using FL Studio 10, and Sytrus' harpsichord sound seems much "artificial". Tried some presets on Massive, but still artificial ones.

Is there any plugin I could use to achieve that sound?

For a realistic harpsi, you'll want to look at sample libraries rather than synthesizers (with the exception of maybe AAS String Studio).

Harpsichord is one of those instruments who's sound is within the playing and the composition too (as well as the actual timbre that is).
Similar to brass , strings or guitar .

Alright, I got a harpsichord sound bank, with every single note on the range of 3-4 octaves (I'm not sure, since I didn't have the time to take a good look at it), but now I'm kinda stuck:

I'm using FL Studio 10, so, is there a way to use said notes on the piano roll, like I do with my plugins? Or is there a more easy way of composing? Also, all piano rules of composing apply to harpsichord as well?

Not really, you just need to load them up in a sampler (DirectWave for example) and build a patch out of them.

Wow, I never ever thought about DirectWave! In fact, never used it! Thanks a lot, man, I'll search some tutorials on youtube on how to use the plugin!
