How does lil wayne = tunechi and why does "im on one" = Khaled's song?

I know these two questions aren't related but i wanted to know the answer to both of them and was too lazy to make two different threads for things that can be answered in one sentence.

1. How does Lil Wayne become "Tunechi"?
Rapper nickname law decrees that to get a new name one must have a name that makes a play on their current name (jay z = jigga) or be called this new name a number of times by various artist (hova). Even naming yourself after a famous person or mythical figure is allowed (Makiavelli) At the very least there has to be some describable segue from one name to the next. I swear to god this nigga just woke up one day and said "I'm Tunechi now nigga!" Where did this name come from?

2. So I was looking for song "I'm on one" by Drake and couldn't find it no where. then i searched the name by itself and it came up as only featuring drake. The song is made by Khaled. Thats fine I thought, maybe it was a situation where he made the beat and drake just happened to be one of the main guys on the song. Then I look the song up on wikipedia and see that other producers made the beat. So if he didn't make the beat, or even feature prominently on the song, how is it listed as his song. NOTE: I understand he may have put the money up to get the song made, but i don't think that would fly in this case since its ON HIS ALBUM. Somebody please explain.

1. Lil Wayne's grandma gave him the nickname Lil Tune. He added -chi to make it like Gucci!! When his grandma died he started using it more in his songs
2. Dj Khaled does a lot in the aspect of a "record" producer. He thinks up concepts for songs, gets the arist he thinks would fit the songs the best, vibes with the artist in the sessions, also he has the connects and pull to get these artist together on songs. Similar situation with Dj Drama albums..
 
Okay now THOSE are what i call some answers. Makes a lot more sense. I swear to god wayne was in my head on his album when he was like "don't ask why they call me Tunechi" or something. I put the beer down right there lol

as far as khaled, It must be a mishap by wiki for him not being listed as a producer at all then. it just seems odd. I see what your saying though, and good analogy with Drama. I'd love to put together an album like that.
 
He is listed as a producer and the executive producer for the album as a whole not each individual song. Every song has him credited as a writer though.
