How do you think about Gemini TT-02's?

I can buy 2 Gemini TT-02's and a simple mixer for very cheap, I want to know if these tables are good for a lil' DJ'ing; mixing AND scratching..
Does anyone has any experience with these tables? I've no clue because I can't find **** on the internet, not even a review...

Man if your going to even think about buying decks to learn to dj,i would stay away from those decks. Get some pt2100 's decks. They are solid owned a set for 6 years now still going.
 
gemini sould be outlawed to anybody who is seriuos about mixing
 
well believe me when your playing out you dont what to look stupid and wished youd spend those extra 300 on the technics, those gemini arent well built and arent at the level of all 1200 series they have less chance of skipping , and are much mor pro the gemini , sure they are cheap but then again you get what you pay for
 
im usually looking for the "best deals" when i buy stuff, but in this case id say go with sl1210 or dont go at all, i mean yeah u can use other stuff, but the technics are very reliable, they will last a long time, and i know the other stuff just wont do that (especially not numarks).

there are decks with new digital stuff like real master tempo, bpm-counters and ****, but in a pair of decks u really want as little as absolutely possible of those things, i have a pair of broken numarks they broke after 3 years, i only used them at weekends really, and only for spinning, first one broke (a capacitator died), so i changed all those on that board, then the week after the next one died with the same problem, fixed that one, and like a week after they broke again (same problem again). utter crap! these companies dont know **** about this kind of stuff, but technics do.

BUYING EXPENSIVE IS BUYING CHEAP IN THIS CASE, never forget that!
 
its balance, techs got some of the best balance around on their tone arms, so, go ahead and get gemenis if you want, but dont spend more then 300 for 2 of em, try ebay, gemini are kinda good starter tables, they were my first, but i got techs now, no lookin back
