Reverse reverb lead in. Bass boost around 125khz for presence. A Dynamic Delay that kicks in on last words spoken. Throw a choir vsti in the background for ambience.

Devil's damn near same, but pitch it down on a send so you can blend with original voice(yes I know from having to do both in a score).

Depends on your concept of god - male/female/indeterminate.

Any sound design works as long as it is within your conceptualisation of god.

Most folks would automatically reach for pitch shifting an octave with the original voice intact, using a low-pitched male to start with and add some serious single echoes and reverb. Try it and see.

The above example has been
pitch shifted down an octave,
pitch shifted down a 5th and
had the original mixed back in a little.
Then a little tape delay with 3 tap points each a unit apart with decaying levels
then some plate reverb.
Original has been reversed and each segment attached at the end of its forward segment.

for example for auto tune there is a software called auto tune to sound like t-pain but is there any for any god vocals computer vocals

You can't get him to come lay down some tracks personally? You gotta get on your grind more...

So the choice is between GOD and T-Pain... hahahaha

Luke 4:2
2. The devil then took Jesus to a recording studio, showed him the glory of AutoTune. Then said, “You shall be be given the ability to sing, even if naturally you cannot hold a tune. You shall have hits on both radio and in the clubs. I have downloaded this from a Torrent site, and I give it to whomever I wish.” “Therefore, if You will worship before me, hits will be Yours.”
