How Do I Record What My Computer Hears?

yep stereo mix is the one you want.

Nah Stereo Mix isn't doing the job. I'm not sure what to do.
 
well, it cant be any clearer then that, record from stereo mix and press record on ur program, and press play from the place u wana record, not much else we can do, unless u show us a screen shot of ur audio mixer.

Thanks for everyones patience, I had to go deep into advanced options and click on PC spk mute for it to work.
