How do i add this VST to drum/instrument rack?

Hi there i have just downloaded a good vst plugin called vintage elements. I am not quite sure how to load it up onto ableton so that i can use some of its drum samples etc. everytime i try to load it up into an instrument rack it just comes up like in the pic. May be a stupid question but i am a beginner so would appreciate any help.
