how can I save posts ?

Hey there people I see many useful posts here, is there an option to save them to my profile or something ? thanks in advice!

You can subscribe to them. When you reply, you automatically subscribe. The bar below the main navigation bar has a drop down menu called "Quick Links". You can view your subscribed threads in there.
