How can i make this guitar sound?

Hi!

I'm trying to recreate this guitar sound:
but to no avail. I am using reason 11 and have messed around with effects, Realstrat, and Amplitube for a while now but I'm not even close to recreating the sound. I quite a beginner so any help would be greatly welcomed.

What are you using? An electric guitar? A sampler/samples? A synth? Please give some more details!

Start with a clean guitar sound. Try chorus and reverb to taste. Pick-up position is important; try different switch positions. Amp is something that can reproduce a decent on-this-side-of-clean, chime-y sound (like a Fender Twin, not a Marshall)...
