Help with exporting please?

I'm trying to export an mp3 track from fl, but when I export the rapper's vocals go away and all that's left if the beat (Which was pre made). Any advice on how to fix this?

I have a factory designed presario CQ56, 4gb ram and 216 gb memory left.

where's the voices, step sequencer only or both areas?the step sequencer's where you make your patterns and the clips hold the patterns.

Everything is where it should be. This isn't my first time exporting a track I produced/recorded for someone but its the first time the export malfunctioned. I found a way around it yesterday but I'd like to know what was wrong and if theres an easier fix

Export Disabled FL Studio 9

Similar but different.....attempting to export several tracks. When I hit Export "(render) to wav file" is greyed out- .Disabled ? Never seen this before. Thanks
