I would like to expand more with my production but cant find any old school loops or samples anywhere. please dont tell me to look on looperman or youtube either ive tried all that

If you're looking for soul/jazz records, no one with a production brain would tell you to look on looperman. The real stuff's on old vinyl!
You'd also find a plethora of quality records on You Tube. I'm not sure why you're dismissive of it. It's not as fun as old fashioned digging, but you can get similar results.

Vinyl, processing the sample yourself, ripping old jazz from youtube the same thing.
