lol let me be more real, the vocals are not clean enough in my opinion, but everything else is spot on. I haven't figured out how to get cleaner vocal yet either, but that is some industry standard nowadays. I don't know if the mic was cheap, but it could be the mic I don't like or the mixing, I would''ve turned the kick up 1-3 db to get it to thump more. could just be the vocal processing/mixin Hard to tell without looking at the session. Can you tell me what kind of mic was used? some of this can be remedied at the mixing stage. could be that i just didn't think the vocals cut through enough on these headphones. I know as you spend more $$ you get cleaner vocals. and the top hits all have great clean vocals. :/
