Yeah i've seen this vid and i think its pretty crap compared to others that are available.

Rick Rock has a really good one and he actually makes a good beat from scratch and takes his time. None of this, 5 minutes - grab a sample and put a drum loop over it, i'm done! Real sh!t, check it out.

I saw another good one from some stoner called Freedom where he goes to the record store, finds his sample, edits it (the highs, the lows etc) and adds stuff to it, that was pretty good (even though the song itself was kak).
