and true he aint made a blip on the chart, past his hardcore fan base since the 1990s.

but imo art comes before money/business in a creative endeavour. theres a 1000 and 1 ways to make money in this world. dont rape music/creativity/art coz you know theres money in it! thats low.
 
Why is it considered to be hot if your raps are "stupid intellectual"? I think Jay's Ignorant **** leading into Say Hello are good examples of a song w/ meaning that is saying something that is simultaneously good.

I was gonna refer to a couple songs off of Scarface new album MADE but that whole album is the truth and if you don't have it yet you missing out. Also Best Buy got some bonus tracks on there that are crazy

Oh btw even the biggest GZA fan should be able to admit his flow sucks.

Btw being up on Wu does not as Jay-Z says "put you on the Hip-Hop panel." So like I thought I told you before, while you are entitled to your opinion it does not count.

I respect Gza as one of the original members of the Wu but lets be real here. When the history books mention the clan its only going to touch on rza, method, ghost, and dirty. Sorry its just how it will be. They r the only cats from the crew with any real commerical success.

Nate we all know skills don't pay the bills. U have to make music that people want to hear. The problem I see is that the industry isn't sure what that is anymore. Because of that they push something they feel most people will enjoy and if it doesn't there goes your shot.

yeah its a shame that skills dont pay the bills, music would be a lot more exciting if it did.

i think labels are a lot more ruthless these days. they go for the instant, sure fire hit when its more than likely the lowest common denominator. its the whole microwave culture thing going on.
