I'm Goute, a young 'future producer'.
I will (try to) produce house music using Ableton Live 8. Funky/jackin' house music to be precise.
At the moment I am just scanning the forums to educate and prepare myself since I will start from scratch (no experience at all, not even a dj) but music has always been an important part of my life and doing something creative with it is what I've always dreamt of.
My gear exists of nothing but a MacBook Pro with Ableton Live 8 (and Garageband but I don't know if that is useful in some way?)
Do you think it's possible to make professional tracks with just that?
Tips, helpful links, guides, tutorials, opinions... are always welcome of course!
