Getting first MPC.

Hey guys

i was wondering if €730 is a good price for a MPC 2500?
it's being sold from a shop in the UK and their describing it as "Boxed/Ex Display".

is this a good deal?

yes and good luck on ur first mpc u will love it. will never ever get rid of my 2000xl EXCEPT for a 4000 or a 5000 then i might let it go.

A 4000 yes, but I don't think I'd get rid of my 2000XL for a 5000. I kept it even after purchasing my 2500.
 
dont get me wrong I looooove my 2000xl BUT i hate that their are no effects on board. I would kill to be able to change the pitch without the tempo, just good old fashion pitch shifting. effects and pitch shifting are my only gripes and would be worth upgrading to the 4000 or 5000 but ONLY for those 2 reasons.
