G Funk drums are usually acoustic drum kit samples or samples from the emu mophat if i remember correctly. There are mophat kits around the net for cheap. I would google until I found the price I want.

Most G Funk drums are just sampled from Records, or Old Drum Machines ie Linn Drum. Sample the drum breaks from Prince's "Head", Zapp's "More Bounce", One Way's "Cutie Pie" , Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean" and get all the Linn Drum sounds and all the drums from the JV-1080 and mix that with some acoustic kits, and you will have all you need to get it started.
