mind the voice samples in this one, i did it for a friend...they're from an old cartoon in the 90s called C.O.P.S haha.

anyways really tried to get the tone of the layers i put overtop the same as the original sample...

...sample is from a rare reggie lucas record i got my hands on out of j dillas collection. i love this old fusion from the 70's a lot.

feedback appreciated. doesn't really fit the sound of most of the stuff posted here but anyways..

Its straightforward, nothing I can really point out that I'll change not my style but the sample reminded me of boondocks for a sec lol. Probably turn down the shakers and the kick a bit and enhance the sample just so it can blend better with all the clean sounding digital sounds. It does have a old school vibe to it with further listening. Simple but does its job Good work on this one.
