Does anyone know how to fix this? I press space when working inside of Slicex but it instead triggers the main Play/Pause of the song. I know Edison doesn't do this, but I haven't figured out how to fix this.

Any FL studio users? Please help!

Wish I could help you here, but I don't tink there's a fix (unless someone found one).

The space button is the shortcut to the play/pause of the playlist. This function doesn't affect plugins used in the song.

Someone should fix that, and the paint brush - when you have to switch back and forth with the pb and the selector tool, urg! Gets on my nerves.

Yeah, it's those little things that really get on your nerves when you're flowing. Oh well. :/

Hold CTRL while on the paintbrush tool to change it to the selector tool.

Sorry i don't know about a "fix" for the space bar thing.

Have you tried, uh...
Enabling "KB Input"...?

I can't believe it took this long for someone to answer your question.
Enjoy your workflow.

P.S., Sorry for being so condescending, but it's right there on the front panel. Granted, it's in small text, but seriously, c'mon. A little bit of self-sufficiency is good for you. Lol.
Besides, look at it this way -- if I didn't get any joy out of being condescending at times, I wouldn't have any incentive to give you your answer, would I?

Thank you for the answer! I think I glanced over that button when I was trying to figure it out; I thought it was going to be more difficult than that. I usually try to figure out things by myself but when I'm totally bumped I ask others. Thanks again!

I was gonna ask if your slice x window was "Detatched" but SALEM hooked up the answer, when even I didn't know.. see, that just proves what I always tell everybody, you can ALWAYS learn something new in/about that great program there that I love so much!! Thanks this lil tidbit of info, im sure i'l put this to used every now and then!!!
