FL Studio: Looking for the "Jump" synth from Van Halen.

To start I am bad at synth production so I don't know where to start as far as trying to emulate the sound. I found the name of the synthesizer that they used (obviously not a VST) but that does me no good since, well, I don't have it.

What I am looking for are either one or both of the following:

A VST with a setting like or similar to it.

Or

Some direction on how to achieve the sound. Preferably for FL Studio's 3x OSC but I'm sure any Osc would work and I can just apply the directions to whatever.

If I recall the song correctly (and it is a good song!) it is some kind of supersaw lead.
