FL Studio 8 no sound in record mode

I'm using Windows 7. I eliminated the ASIO4All/Realtek conflict I had before (there are no more errors in the ASIO panel), and it seemed like it was finally going to work...until I hit the record button. Now, no sounds are produced at all in the program, even if I leave recording mode. Has anyone else had this problem? Let me know if you need any more info. Thanks.

Never mind, it seems to have finally solved itself on reboot - don't know what was wrong.
 
Well FL studio has it's fair share of wierd behavior so wouldn't wrap my head around that much.
