Fl studio 10 question

for some reason i can record vocals into a track like i always do but as soon as i stop recording and try to record another track, i have to go back to the mixer and right click the " disk " icon, click save for it to record again in a new track so i can overdub etc. What am i doing wrong? it used to record in one track, i could stop and move right into another track and so on. it was fast and seamless.

nevermind, i figured it out. Damn second time i've tried to use this forum with no help either.

Sorry man. Sometime threads get missed, or sometimes it's been asked and people just overlook answering again. I too have gone through it so don't stress too much.

Am guessing you had your auto un-arm checked. Then again I don't use that feature so am not too certain.. I record into edison, save the sample, and drag it into my project from the browser.
