First Beat off of my tape! chill hip hop beat (F4f always)

beautiful stuff
really like the sound that comes in at :40 and the vibe/harmony
could probably benefit from adding a vocal sample or something
the drums are bit stale imo. not bad really but they could add a whole lot more to the overall mood of the track
 
I'd get a different snare — this one sounds a little weak — and a deeper and harder kick, mix up the hat patterns a little more and bring the hat up in the mix. Your synths are dreamy and smooth and transparent, love them. Overall this beat has good potential.
 
i feel like the instrumentation sounds cool but its a bit choppy. each pluck/synth stab feels like it stands out. the drum sounds could be improved upon too. i think the pattern works but some better drum sounds would be cool
