Well C-Murder has to take responsibility for his own actions. Even if the 16 year-old did bring it upon himself, murder is MURDER. No justifying it, NOTHING. It is what it is.

I think the juror is giving him a new trial... if the judge sends them back because he thinks the juror is just trying to get it over with then they can use that for grounds for an appeal.

Yeah, man. Even if the music is Hip Hop and a lot stuff gets said... at the end of the day people should have respect for human life.... and if they don't... nobody wants them around. I know I don't.
